那四個generators矩陣應該是這樣:

但網頁顯示的是這樣:

還是對不上..........

我用icsd上的数据，看了下vesta的结果是
hexagonal的是
   1              2               3                4
1  0  0      0 -1  0        0  1  0       -1  0  0
0  1  0      1 -1  0        1  0  0        0 -1  0
0  0  1      0  0  1        0  0 -1        0  0 -1

rhombohedral的是
   E              R3             R2              I
1  0  0      0  1  0       0  -1  0       -1  0  0
0  1  0      0  0  1       -1  0  0        0 -1  0
0  0  1      1  0  0        0  0 -1        0  0 -1

和你的一样。但是我觉得这个应该没有什么问题，rhombohedral axes和hexagonal axes的基矢不一样，对称操作也不一样。
另外我发现你给的PRB文章里面的x和y是基于笛卡尔坐标系，因此你要把它线性变换到hexagonal axes或者rhombohedral axes下，这样对称操作就是一致的了。
