plos one 有人碰到过不经外审给Major Revision的吗？ 没有经过外审，学术编辑给了几个意见，然后要求45天内提交返回结果。从来没碰到过这种情况，这是改好了就能发表了吗？ |

我去，我以为不用外审了呢。这个学术编辑让我改了很多学术问题。现在with editor。难道还要哦外审？那邮件里说要注意避免一些语法等问题，说以后可能没有机会改了。 Thank you for submitting your manuscript to PLOS ONE.
