It is clearly seen that the effective distribution coefficient of Mg2+ ion increases with the increasing MgO concentration in the melts, and it is close to one, indicating that In distributes uniformly in crystal. It can be further seen from Fig. 1 that the effective distribution coefficient of Fe3+ and Zr4+ ions decreases as the doping concentration of Mg2+  increases in the melts.

少用代名词 it 除非像上面那样, 明显的重复, 不易混淆

注意用单数 melt, 非复数 melts

"X increase with Y"  表示 X 和 Y 成正比, X 随 Y增高 而增高, 中英文一样,都不需重复用 "增高", 所以第一句中的 [rising] 可有可无, 有则给读者做心理准备,使第三句更易读些

It is clear that with the increasing of the MgO concentration, Effective distribution coefficient of Mg2+ increases; which indicate it distributes uniformly in crystal . It can be further seen form fig ,while the effective distribution coefficient of Fe3+ and Zr4+ions decrease, the doping concentration of Mg2+ increases .
