| 催化气化选用K2CO3催化剂，从而提高碳水反应和甲烷化反应速率。催化剂的加载方式有水溶液浸渍，干混等。通过水溶液浸渍，催化剂分布比较均匀，并可进入煤的空隙中。使K与煤中的-COOH，-OH官能团结合形成C-O-K活性中间体，起到催化作用。另一方面，催化气化适宜在低温高压下操作，最适宜的炉型是流化床，由于K2CO3的密度及粒径与所选用的煤差别很大，通过干混的方式加载催化剂，在流化床气化的过程中容易出现分层的现象，使催化剂不能与煤很好地进行结合。 |

| K2CO3 catalysts were selected for catalytic gasification to increase carbon-water reaction and methanation reaction rates. Catalyst loading methods included dipping solution and dry mix. By dipping solution, the catalyst was more evenly distributed and was able to access to coal gap, which made it possible for K to interact with such functional groups as -COOH and -OH and form reactive intermediates C-O-K, functioning as a catalyst. On the other hand, catalytic gasification was best operated at low temperature and high pressure. Therefore, fluidized bed was the most suitable furnace. However, since there was a big difference in the density and particle size between K2CO3 and the selected coal, stratification phenomenon was prone to occur when dry mix method was used for catalyst loading in the flow fluidized bed in the gasification process, which made it difficult for catalyst to bind coal well. |
