[求助] 如何知道自己投稿是否上了黑名单？

大家好，我是一位新的科研人员，没什么投稿经验。目前我担心编辑把我放入作者（或稿件）的黑名单。

具体情况是这样：最近我投给Energy Policy的两篇文章都被拒了。其中第二篇是第一篇改了名字和语言后重投的。编辑说我的两篇稿子都存在使用别人文本而没有注明的问题（我并不同意他们的意见，他们也不提供查重报告），而我在第二篇稿子的cover letter里对第一篇稿子的文字重复理由的说明，他们也不予接受。就这样他们就不再让我投这篇稿子了。

请问难道我的科研生涯就这么夭折了吗？谁能告诉我，哪里能够知道我是否被列入到黑名单了？如果是，如何申诉？如果没有，我另投他稿是否会有影响？ 谢谢了

以下我把两篇文章编辑的拒稿意见都列出来了：

第一稿的：

Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Energy Policy. Based on a preliminary editorial review, it is the opinion of the Editors that your manuscript does not meet the requirements for sending this manuscript out for peer review in Energy Policy. Those requirements are discussed in the Guide for Authors found on the journal website.  
We hope that this decision will ultimately hasten the consideration of your work by Energy Policy or another journal. We are grateful to you for your interest, and hope you will continue to consider Energy Policy for future submissions.

Editors' comments:
It is the policy of Energy Policy to publish new and original work. Text copied from works by third parties or previously published work, even in an introduction, should never be used without clearly identifying the other source (either by quotations or indentations).  Every paper should present some novel and new results in the form of a unique paper written in an author's own words. Unless a legitimate explanation is received for the large amount of textual overlap between the submitted paper and other work(s), this paper will not be reconsidered for publication.

第二稿的：
