[求助] 投WILEY期下一个杂志，40天后被拒重投机会有多大？已有4人参与

投了个WILEY期下2.几的杂志，审稿40天返回意见，主编和副主编给了重投的机会，问问各位大虾这样的机会有多大？特别第一个审稿人意见有点担心。以下是主编来信和审稿意见：

In this paper, the author developed a ……It seemed very useful. While I thought the paper was not novel in the separation science or analytical method. May be the author didn’t express their novelty in the present manuscript. I thought the author should focus on the build of on-line system and the automatic was how to be performed. Thus, the paper is potentially suitable for publication in Journal OF XX after being reorganized.
