投WILEY期下一个杂志，40天后被拒重投机会有多大？ 已有4人参与

投了个WILEY期下2.几的杂志，审稿40天返回意见，主编和副主编给了重投的机会，问问各位大虾这样的机会有多大？特别第一个审稿人意见有点担心。以下是主编来信和审稿意见： Dear Dr.XXX: Manuscript ID: XXX entitled "XXXXX" which you submitted to the Journal of XX has been reviewed.
