Appearance of solution. The solution is not more opalescentthan reference suspension II (2.2.1) and not more intensely coloured than reference solution GY2 (2.2.2, Method II). If intended for use in the manufacture of parenteral preparations,the solution is clear (2.2.1) and not more intensely coloured than reference solution GY2 (2.2.2, Method II).
Dissolve 1.0 g in 20 mL of dilute sodium hydroxide solution R.

溶液外观    该溶液不得比参比混悬液II（2.2.1）更浑浊，不得比参比溶液GY2（2.2.2，方法II）颜色更深。若用于非肠道给药制剂的生产，该溶液必须清澈（2.2.1），并不得比参比溶液GY2（2.2.2，方法II）颜色更深。
1.0g溶于20mL的稀氢氧化钠溶液R。
