文章大修，估计希望渺茫，先散尽，兑现以前承诺。（附审稿意见）

Reviewer(s)' Comments to Author: Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author The proposed manuscript proposed a study how the energy is transferred between rotors via the oscillating body allowing the implementation of synchronization of rotors. The paper proposed new relevant results. I didn’t see any algebraic errors. I would like to suggest minor revisions: 1. Inclusion of some papers in order to complete the state of the art: Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation, vol. 14, no. 6, pp. 2793–2806, 200,J. of the Braz. Soc. of Mech. Sci. & Eng. 2003, Vol. XXV, No. 4 / 391 and Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation 13 (7), 1246-1255 2. Future works need to be addressed. 3. Maybe some minor comments on Chaos will be welcome 4. About experimental works? The paper deserves publication. Reviewer: 2 Comments to the Author The paper is interesting, however all presented results were already published in: - M. Kapitaniak, K. Czolczynski, P. Perlikowski, A. Stefanski, T. Kapitaniak, Synchronous states of slowly rotating pendula, Physics Reports 541 (2014) - M. Kapitaniak, M. Lazarek, M. Nielaczny, K. Czolczynski, P. Perlikowski, T. Kapitaniak, Synchronization extends the life time of the desired behavior of globally coupled systems, Scientific Reports 4 (2014). Therefore I recommend to reject paper. Reviewer: 3 Comments to the Author This is a bit of a re-do of the work of in this context, see also the papers [9-13]. In a similar vein parametric roll for ships has been stuied from an energy angle. The work is interesting but should be better placed in the context of similar approaches. I advise the authors also to look carefully at more recent papers by the authors of [19]. The phrasing follwing (59) is obscure. 悲剧了，对审稿人2。。。。。 |
