BMC genomic 一审回来，大家忙帮看看这样的审稿人的意见怎么回复 已有1人参与

BMC 投稿三个月回来大修，两个审稿人都给出来major concern。主要有两个方面的问题 ########################################################## 一个审稿人回复了很多两页纸，但大多都不是具体的问题，像是赞扬（允许我自恋一会儿哦~）,大家可以跳过 3. I think there is real value in showing that operons and gene pairs that were far apart from one another (>100 operons/genes away in sequence) were more likely to interact than the random control. 5. The protein-protein interaction vs gene-pair frequency analysis is interesting, but not terribly surprising 6. Overall, this paper shows some interesting, basic trends for correlations of relatively high frequencies of DNA sequence interactions with things like gene expression and protein-protein interactions. The information on which sets of genes interact more often under the two growth conditions is also interesting, though this value is limited by the assumption that they all would transcriptionally active just because they interact more. ####################################### 上面几点怎么回答呢，就直接谢谢审稿人的肯定？还是再把相关内容描述一下呢？ ###################################### 另一个审稿人 . The authors should explain clearly why they found necessary to make a normalization of Cagliero data for the purposes of their study; i.e. it is possible or not to arrive at the same conclusion with the original data? 我简单说一下，我们是用的另一个文章的二代原始数据，但是我们自己做了分析成中间文件，然后用中间文件再分析得的结论。（而之前那篇文章同样也分析，但是那个前面的分析错了）所以我们一开始就没有用他分析的中间文件，自己分析了一遍，并在文章中的方法详细说明了。 他问的话，我是一条一条去解释引证说明原文处理的中间文件的方法是不妥的，还是不仅要解释（估计可以解释至少一页纸），把原始的分析的中间文件拿来再算一边（当然最后的结果有可能不好）。 |
