[求助] NAMD的conf文件,关于 NVE 和 NVT ensemble 的设定差别?

以下2个conf 文件,一个是教程里本身包含的 NVE conf 文件,一个是在网络上找到的 NVT conf文件,自己我比对后实在看不出有什么差异,有了解NAMD的虫友能说明一下吗? 非常感谢
