Reviewer #1: In this work, the authors developed an optimization method for GC-EI/MS/MS. The method was applied to ignore the interference from different matrix. However, there is only few supportable application of the developed method. Therefore, I suggest a major revision before it can be accepted for publication in JCB. 审稿人1给了7条意见。 Reviewer #2: The manuscript describes the determination of thirty-four kinds of pesticides in Qianjinzhidai pills using by GC-EI/MS/MS multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) method. The presented assay uses common techniques (using vibrating extraction with acetonitrile and purification by Agela TPH cartridge eluted with acetonitrile and toluene mixture), but shows results with moderate sensitivity and recovery. Authors have been already published in Food Control, 2014 with short communication as new multi-residue analysis method.
