小弟第一次投稿，编辑意见如何回复（貌似大修） 已有2人参与

小弟研一菜鸟一枚，投了一个比较水的SCI，现在编辑decision letter如下，审稿人就一个...审稿意见跟文章相关性不大，觉着审稿人似乎没有仔细看文章，有点不知道怎么改，求高手提点一下 Ps：想问下这个文章中大修后中的概率如何...在此谢过各位大神了... Please find the review results for your paper at the address attachedbelow, and make the modifications according to the reviewers'opinion： Please highlight or type in red where you have corrected. Your revisedmanuscript will be sent to the reviewers again for the reconsideration. Please submit the revised manuscript in two weeks (till November 3,2014) from the website At the top of the cover letter, please mark on the tracking number and write down how you've addressed to the comments from thereviewers. We are looking forward to receiving your revised paper. Sincerely yours, REVIEWER 1 -The novelty of work should be highlighted -If the aim of paper is proposing of new algorithm.Then,the blockdiagram and steps of work should be expressed and explained indetail.Moreover,stability of system should be considered -The proposed method should be compared with previous ones in detail -Classification of signals should be considered and based on that the performance of proposed method should be evaluated in different points of view |
