| 原料煤的干燥是褐煤资源高效综合利用中的第一个也是最关键的科学问题之一。实验初步研究和探讨了干燥时间、干燥温度、干燥方式等因素对原料煤性质，特别是粗褐煤蜡和腐植酸产率的影响，以期为褐煤高效综合利用新途径的有效实施提供理论支持。结果表明，原料煤的干燥需要在适宜的温度下和时间内进行，水分不是越低越好，否则不仅浪费能源和时间，还会影响主要产品的产率及品质。同时，原煤在开采后允许进行一定时间的堆放。建议在褐煤高效综合利用中，原料煤的干燥最好在100-150℃之间进行，水分控制在10-20%之间，时间约需30-60 min。 |

| Drying of raw coals is the first and most critical scientific problem for efficient utilization of lignite resources. Preliminary experiments were carried out to explore the effects of drying time, temperature, method, and other factors on the properties of coarse raw coals, especially the yields of lignite wax humic acid, in order to provide theoretical support for the efficient implementation of the new approaches to the comprehensive utilization of lignite. The results showed that drying of raw coals needed to be performed at a suitable temperature, for an appropriate time. In addition, it was not the lower the better for moisture. Otherwise it would be not only a waste of energy and time, but also affect the yield and quality of the main products. Furthermore, raw coals after mining required certain period of time for stacking. (In conclusion,) for efficient utilization of lignite, it is recommended that the drying of raw coals are carried out at temperature of 100-150 ℃ for about 30-60 min, with 10-20% moisture. |
