投JAP悲剧了，各位虫友帮忙看看decision letter 已有4人参与

8月份投了JAP， 编辑很快送审，但是好几个审稿人拒绝审稿，最后一位审稿人同意审稿，审稿时间超过一个月。今天编辑发来决定信，没有等最后审稿人的结果就拒了。各位虫友看看还有没有申辩的可能。多谢了。 Thank you for sending us your manuscript. In our initial screening evaluation of your submission, we thought that the work might be appropriate for the Journal of Applied Physics and began pursuing reviewers. We have a large set of reviewers that serve both the Journal of Applied Physics and Applied Physics Letters and normally are able to secure at least one reviewer in a timely manner. It the case of your submission, we made many separate attempts to secure reviews with no success. There is no obvious reason why, in your case, reviews were not secured, but we have concluded to solicited additional potential reviewers risks your option to try for a review in another journal where perhaps the scientific audience is more aligned to the focus of your manuscript. We wish to make it clear that this is not a comment on the technical quality of your work; rather it is an attempt on our part to try to place papers where they will be of the greatest use to the greatest number of people. We apologize for the inconvenience and the time it has taken. |
