JPD投稿被警告求助虫友

请教下各位虫友， 投了篇文章到JPD，但是文章格式和图和之前发表在IEEE上的一篇文章比较相像，虽然是完全不同的两种东西，但是results and discussion部分借鉴了自己之前发表的论文的句子，被编辑认为是违反了IOP的规定，给予警告。 其中有句是针对我老板的 “ Neither Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics nor any other IOP journal will consider any future manuscripts from *** for the next three months. ” 请大家看看是三个月内禁止投稿IOP的期刊呢，还是禁止接收呢？因为我有一篇文章投稿CPB，已经在EIC final decision了，通讯作者是我老板，不知会影响发表吗？ ps: 我刚刚查了IOP的出版规则“The IOP Ethical policy for journals applies to the titles listed below. Other journals published with partner organizations operate using the partners’ policies.” 貌似CPB应该是属于other journals published with partner organizations。不知会不会被拒稿呢？ 已经在Editor in chief final decision了啊  下面是JPD的回复信，麻烦大家帮忙瞅瞅。多谢多谢！！！这次真是个教训，以后真得注意了  Dear ***, Thank you for your e-mails giving your explanation for the similarities between your article **** and the previously published work by you and your co-authors, **** The Editors considered your response but have concluded that the extent of the re-use of material from [a] in this new paper goes beyond what is acceptable or reasonable. Approximately 43% of your new paper is reproduced from [a] either exactly or in very similar form. This is not acceptable because: (a) there is not enough new material here to justify a new publication, and (b) paper [a] was not cited in this new paper. As a result of this serious issue, the following actions will be taken: - Your paper *** will be withdrawn from consideration by Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics immediately and no revised version of this paper will be considered. Since ** was already advised against such behaviour by our sister journal Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter in March 2012 we have decided that: - Neither Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics nor any other IOP journal will consider any future manuscripts from *** for the next three months. If any future submissions from you are found to be substantially similar to, or only incremental advances upon, your previously published papers, additional sanctions may be imposed upon all authors.
