关于审稿人要求对文章中仪器，方法标准以及误差提出的问题该怎么回答？

附上编辑和审稿人意见，本人第一次投英文，菜鸟一个，太多不懂，请大家帮忙看一下，万分感谢！ 1. A significant amount of the Quality Assurance(QA) / Quality Control (QC) appears missing from the paper. What standards were used and how were instruments / techniques calibrated (e.g. (AAS, and sequ；9ential extractions)? Were replicate samples taken and analysed? Were certified reference (CRMs) were analysed as part of the QA/QC? Were the results for the CRMs within the expected ranges? What were the limits of reporting for the various methods ? What certified material were analysed as part of the sequential extraction studies to check recoveries. 3. Uncertainty estimates (error bars) in Figures. All methods/results have uncertainty and some calculation or estimation is required and where possible should be shown in Figures AND these error estimates should be described in the FIGURE CAPTIONS. Some information is better suited as Electronic Supplementary Material (ESM) than the main printed manuscript. The ESM files to be published online along with an article. ESPR allows this: See the ESM section in the Instructions for Authors. In some cases part a smaller, more condensed Table may be more appropriate for the main text, while a more detailed Table can be placed in the ESM. For most good publications, the ESM section is larger than the main manuscript, and includes additional Tables of data, Figures and photographs. |
