The Cited Reference 1 discloses various compounds which were derived from 4-(4-fluorobenzyl) phthalazin-1(2H)-one was as a basic structure of the patent, but there still have some significant differences between these compounds and those of the Present Invention.

意思是：参考文献揭示了很多以4-(4-fluorobenzyl) phthalazin-1(2H)-one为母核设计的化合物，但是这些化合物和本专利揭示的化合物有许多显著的不同处。

第一句中主句出现两个动词disclose和was，要想办法去掉一个。第二句中there have经典的there be错误用法~~
