1. 是不是支撑材料（Supporting Information）很重要, 现在的投稿好像都要有 2. 审稿人要求“Transforming from P21/n to P21/c is prefered generally” 是重新精修, 还是直接改CIF 文件。将CIF 文件的族群改为 P21/c后，A类错误就出了. 3. 审稿人说“_publ_section_exptl_refinement section is not appropiate”, 这个一般应该怎么写.我的直接用的晶体数据里的CIF文件里的_refine_special_details ; Refinement of F^2^ against ALL reflections. The weighted R-factor wR and goodness of fit S are based on F^2^, conventional R-factors R are based on F, with F set to zero for negative F^2^. The threshold expression of F^2^ > 2sigma(F^2^) is used only for calculating R-factors(gt) etc. and is not relevant to the choice of reflections for refinement. R-factors based on F^2^ are statistically about twice as large as those based on F, and R- factors based on ALL data will be even larger. 4. _refine_ls_abs_structure_Flack 从哪个文件可以找到???
