[求助] 求英译一小段中文摘要,英语水平实在有限

摘要内容:铁酸铋是目前发现的唯一能在室温下能表现出多铁性的材料,具有广阔的应用前景。但由于铁酸铋薄膜存在漏电流较大、磁电耦合性较弱等问题,制约了它的实际应用。掺杂是一种改善铁酸铋薄膜电性能的常见手段。本文综述了国内外近年关于铁酸铋薄膜电性能掺杂改性的相关工作,并提出了亟待解决的问题。
    另外, tetragonally strained structure这个词组怎样翻译,知网翻译上也找不到。

Abstract: Bismuth ferrite is the only multiferroic material at  room temperature found so far, and therefore has broad application prospects. However, the practical application of bismuth ferrite thin films is largely limited due to such issues as high leakage current and weak magnetic coupling. Doping is a common means of improving the bismuth ferrite thin film properties. This paper reviews the progress in electrical properties of bismuth ferrite thin films doped related works in recent years and raises some urgent questions that need to be answered promptly.

Bismuth ferrite is the only multiferroic material which is founded at room temperature now!

你的写法语法上没问题,但意思变了,无法真实反映“在室温下能表现出多铁性”之意。
