[求助] NAMD中NVT和NPT系综问题

系统做完优化之后，开始跑分子动力学时整个系统（水箱+研究体系）突然缩小。关于类似的问题，有人说可以先跑NVT，然后再跑NPT。

不知道是否有人了解这类问题，跪求指点。

我是在NAMD中利用CHARMM立场做的计算。

输入的conf文件如下：
