读一篇《The Effect of Nitrogen on Stacking Fault Energy of Fe-Ni-Cr-M n Steels》的文献，里面有对透射电镜照片的分析，图像如图（为下文描述的Figure3 （a）），描述如下： Figure 3 summarizes the dislocation substructure developed in four of the alloys following 5 pct total deformation. The alloys included numbers 1, 2, 4 and 6 with nitrogen contents of 0.21, 0.24, 0.27 and 0.52 wt pct. Alloy I, [Fig. 3(a)], with 0.21 wt pct N exhibited the least planar deformation mode, with extensive dislocation interactions occurring on the primary slip plane. Viewing the primary plane "edge on" in a [110] zone axis revealed numerous out-of-plane segments, suggesting easier cross slip and a higher stacking fault energy. 请问，怎么从图中看出有平面变形（planar deformation mode）的，“edge on”有什么含义啊，out-of-plane segments指的是那些啊 ？  art_10.jpg |
