读一篇《The Effect of Nitrogen on Stacking Fault Energy of Fe-Ni-Cr-M n Steels》的文献,里面有对透射电镜照片的分析,图像如图(为下文描述的Figure3 (a)),描述如下:
Figure 3 summarizes the dislocation substructure
developed in four of the alloys following 5 pct total
deformation. The alloys included numbers 1, 2, 4 and 6
with nitrogen contents of 0.21, 0.24, 0.27 and 0.52 wt
pct. Alloy I, [Fig. 3(a)], with 0.21 wt pct N exhibited the
least planar deformation mode, with extensive dislocation
interactions occurring on the primary slip plane.
Viewing the primary plane "edge on" in a [110] zone
axis revealed numerous out-of-plane segments, suggesting
easier cross slip and a higher stacking fault energy. 请问,怎么从图中看出有平面变形(planar deformation mode)的,“edge on”有什么含义啊,out-of-plane segments指的是那些啊 ?
