In order to study the thickness ratio of the coating to the substrate in sample KS on damping properties, 10 kinds of samples with different thickness ratio has been designed , as shown in Figure 1.The different damping peaks appeared in the samples with diffrent thickness ratio should be duo to defect.The damping temperature dependence of the samples with different thickness ratio showed a similar trend,and when the temperature was close to 300 ° C, the damping value of samples KS increased rapidly, and the damping peaks with different height and width appeared at about 350 ° C.
