In order to study the thickness ratio of the coating to the substrate in sample KS on damping properties, it was designed the 10 kinds of samples with different thickness ratio, as shown in Figure 1. The different damping peak appeared in the sample with the thickness ratio should be duo to defect. The damping temperature dependence of the sample with different thickness ratio showed a similar trend, and when the temperature was close to 300 ¡ã C, the damping value of samples KS increased rapidly, and the damping peaks with different height and width were showed at about 350 ¡ã C.  Figure 2 was charged to the damping peaks deducting the high temperature internal friction background.

In this essay, as shown in figure 1, to study the influence of the ratio of thickness of coating to the substrate thickness in sample KS on properties of damping, 10 samples with different ratio were designed. From Fig 1, we can understand that damping peaks of varying value appeared in samples of different thickness ratio should be due to defect. In Fig. 1, the temperature effect curves of samples with different thickness ratio have shown a similar trend. When the temperature was close to 300 ¡ã C, the damping value of sample KS soared instantly and the damping peaks of varied height and width have been observed at about 350 ¡ã C.  Figure 2 shows damping peaks with internal friction of high background temperature deducted.
