[求助] 求助文献中突变体的表示是什么意思已有1人参与

in tmk1-/+tmk234 and tmk1-/-tmk234 mutants，这前面TMK后后面带的符号表示什么意思啊？and abp1-5;tmk1-/-tmk234，表示一个突变体植株，这是三倍突变体还是双突变体或是其他的什么啊？菜鸟求大神指教！

Nomenclature Guidelines and Requirements
PLEASE NOTE: BOR no longer provides nomenclature editing for accepted papers; it is the authors' responsibility to ensure that their nomenclature is correct prior to publication.

BOR, like many major journals, requires the use of official approved names and symbols for proteins, genes, alleles, and strains in all sections of the paper, including the title and figures. Most gene expression and gene ontology databases use these official names and symbols.

Do not assume that names and symbols in the literature are correct. Use species-appropriate databases (see below) to ensure that names and symbols are correct for each gene, transcript, and protein.

If the official gene/protein name or symbol is different from an earlier name, at the first use of the official name, add in parentheses, "(previously known as xxx)"; e.g., "… we used antibodies against the POU5F1 protein (previously known as OCT4)…." Use only the correct symbol from then on.

Nomenclature Guidelines for Specific Species

A. Mouse and Rat

General nomenclature rules (mouse and rat):

Full gene names are in roman font (not italic); e.g., insulin-like growth factor 1.
Greek symbols are not used.
Gene, mRNA, and cDNA symbols:

Italic font, with only the first letter upper case; e.g., Igf1.
Greek symbols are not used. Hyphens are rarely used.
Protein symbols:

Use the same symbol as the gene.
Roman font (not italic), with all letters upper case; e.g., IGF1.
Mutant alleles:

Define when first mentioned; e.g., "Igf1 tm1Arge/Igf1 tm1Arge is one of several knockout alleles of Igf1."
Italic font is used for all letters and numbers, with the allelic designation (e.g., tm1Arge) in superscript.
After first mention, the homozygous KO can be indicated as Igf1-/-; the heterozygote can be indicated as Igf1+/-, etc.
