小弟新手，初次投稿SCI， 3.18投稿，期间历时2个月editor invited ，5月18 under Review 今日拒稿，伤心  ，各位大侠看看是否还有机会 Thank you for submitting your manuscript to PLOS ONE. After careful consideration, we have decided that your manuscript does not meet our criteria for publication and must therefore be rejected. Specifically: This study does not perform a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the effects of ***** on smoking, which could not justify the conclusion. I am sorry that we cannot be more positive on this occasion, but hope that you appreciate the reasons for this decision. 审稿人意见： Reviewer #1: 1.The serum concentrations of MDA and SOD should also be detected. Besides, 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) is an important marker of oxidative stress, so the referee wants to see its levels in the serum and lung. 2.The referee would like to see if other inflammatory mediators such as IL-1, IL-6 changed in this model of smoke inhalation injury and if ***** treatment could reduced these cytokines' levels. Reviewer #2: Authors report protective effects of ***** on rats with inhalation injury,which are interesting but further study are needed. On my opinion,the current findings are not appropriate to publish on this journal and a majority of work should be continued. 两个审稿人意见感觉都是负面，小弟做的是吸入性损伤方面的研究， 本人实验中已经检测肺组织匀浆的MDA及SOD，血清前炎性因子TNF-a，组织凋亡标记物NF-kB， 并用扫描电镜检测肺组织细胞凋亡的微观结构 1、第一个审稿人是需要检测血清MDA及SOD和8-OHdG、以及 炎性因子IL-1, IL-6， 我的问题是我已经做了肺组织匀浆MDA及SOD，是否有必要做血清的？ 我是实验结论是抗炎抗凋亡作用，审稿人提出检测氧化应激指标是否必要？ 另外受经费限制，IL-1, IL-6没有做是一缺陷，补做是否来得及？ 2、第二个审稿人意见是因为需要进一步研究而拒稿 真心请教各位大侠，文章是否还有机会，否则再重新投稿，时间上实在是耽误不起~~ |
