[求助] Plos One 杂志投稿问题

PLOS ONE这个杂志如果第一次因为语言和图片处理的原因拒稿，然后通过修改语言和图片质量能不能重新投该杂志，编辑对于本论文的内容还是肯定的？大家谁有这方面的经验不吝赐教？急等啊！以下是编辑回复：

Specifically, the writing style and the figure quality does not meet our publication criteria. The reviewer and editor had difficulty to verify the data discussed in your manuscript. The study on an immortalized swine small intestinal epithelial cell line has its merit. I encourage you to significantly improve your manuscript and submit it as a new paper.

Reviewer #1: The authors tried to present data on the generation and characterization of an immortalized swine small intestinal epithelial cell line. However, the English used in this manuscript is very poor and barely intelligible, with numerous errors in grammar and style throughout. The figures (too many) are of poor quality and there are no numbers or titles on the figures to identify them. To make it worse, when figures are referred to in the text, the figures were not numbered by the sequence they appear. Therefore, there is no way to match them. The authors should seek professional editorial help before submitting the manuscript to any journal. Because PLOS ONE does not copyedit accepted manuscripts, so the language in submitted articles must be clear, correct, and unambiguous. This reviewer will reject this paper because it does not meet the basic journal standards.

这个不好说，看见审稿人的意见，我感觉他对你的算法好像没做太大评论，只是说你的文章 语言  格式。。。都不合格，以我的看法，你的论文好像 审稿人没怎么看，只是因为论文 不易读，太乱，给退了

以我看来，可以再投，审稿人主要说语言和图片问题，在你投稿时，图片说明那部分需要有相应的图片说明，比如你图片是figure1，说明那一栏一定也要填上figure1,否则审稿人就说不能identify。另外，修改语言和图片质量，语言找专家改改，图片用prism作图，像素300dpi。投稿plosone，语言问题太大都是可以据稿的，因为该杂志收稿量太大。in fact,我已经悲剧2次了，语言不行和缺乏创新。还是改改继续投吧，把小毛病都解决了，编辑和审稿人才会更深入考虑文章的情况。加油，努力就走希望。plos one也没啥，关键是文章要好，祝福。

人家说的很明白啊，他们拒稿并不是因为你实验和文章内容的问题，而是你的写作以及图片的编排出了问题，人家压根儿没心情去自习读你的文章，就像审稿人他老人家说的，你图片做的那么烂，编号也都没整明白，你难道还叫审稿人他老人家拿放大镜儿挨个儿去给你一一对应？！审稿人整天要忙着赚钱、写基金、带孩子、哄老婆、拉关系、教学生、泡mm，辛苦一天半夜回家忍着困意一看你文章就这么不严肃的样子，不拍你拍谁？
好好修改语言，把图重新拍清楚点，做精美点，像素调大些，重要的是把文章严格的按照plos one的格式要求改好，细节把握好了重投应该没有问题。祝好运！
