自己找到答案了 Austrian botanist who collected extensively in China and published the seven-volume Symbolae Sinicae (1929-1937). After his work in China Handel-Mazzetti served as Keeper of the Botany Department at the Vienna Natural History Museum. Heinrich Handel-Mazzetti was born in Vienna and studied botany at the University of Vienna from 1901, earning his doctorate in 1907 with a monograph on the genus Taraxacum (dedicated to his mother, from whom he had inherited an interest in natural history). He was connected to the university from this time until 1923, in which period he explored Europe (especially the Alps and Dolomites), Iraq and China, spending five years in the latter country from 1914. He was based at the Vienna Natural History Museum from 1925-1931, nine years later being killed in a car accident. |
