shorten the paper by 5%什么意思已有15人参与

刚被Angew接收，编辑说： To complete the revision, click on "Revise Submission". Please include a point-by-point response to the reviewer comments in the "Respond to Reviewers" box, including a list of changes made and a rebuttal to any comments with which you disagree. Furthermore please shorten the paper by 5%. To facilitate the production process, and allow the publication of your manuscript as soon as possible, please ensure that your manuscript conforms to the checklist given under: “shorten the paper by 5%”是指将论文缩减5%吗？还是指其他。因为现在论文4页多一点，是不是要改成4页。但是我觉得写的蛮精炼的了，该怎么改呢？求大神指教。。 |
