The suitable solution of methyl methacrylate (MMA) was chosen by exploring
several electrochemical passivation solution that were applied to zinc.The influence of corrosion resistance of passivation film with different concentration and passivation time of passivation liquid was studied.The test of corrosion resistance of passivation film was carried out through measuring the changes of open circuit potential over time and salt water immersion experiment,it found that the corrosion resistance was improved significantly compared with the sample that was not passivated, but a bit less than the passivation film of chromate.
