| 探究了几种适用于锌的电化学钝化的溶液，选出了其中较为合适的甲基丙烯酸甲酯溶液。研究了不同钝化液浓度以及钝化时间对钝化膜耐蚀性的影响。通过测量开路电位随时间变化关系和盐水浸泡实验进行钝化膜耐蚀性能的测试，发现其耐蚀性较未钝化试样有显著提高，但是比铬酸盐钝化膜稍差些。 |

The suitable solution of methyl methacrylate (MMA) was chosen by exploring several electrochemical passivation solution that were applied to zinc.The influence of corrosion resistance of passivation film with different concentration and passivation time of passivation liquid was studied.The test of corrosion resistance of passivation film was carried out through measuring the changes of open circuit potential over time and salt water immersion experiment,it found that the corrosion resistance was improved significantly compared with the sample that was not passivated, but a bit less than the passivation film of chromate. |
