中文：0 d～75 d为生长渐增期即苗期； 76 d～84 d天为花蕾期，85 d～95 d为开花期，这20天叫快速生长期； 96 d～125 d叫生长缓增期也是落叶期。叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素含量的变化趋势一致：在开花期达到最高，而后逐渐下降；可溶性蛋白含量的降低早于叶绿素含量；希尔反应活力、Ca2+-ATPase和Mg2+-ATPase活性均为单峰曲线，均于花蕾期达到最高；苗期光合速率日变化为双峰曲线，但是其它时期的光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线；气孔导度和蒸腾速率的变化趋势一致。以收获叶茎或种子为目的，分别在开花期之前或落叶期之后收获为宜。一切促长措施只有在生长速率最快到来之前实施才有效。

为了避免重复,并尊守原文,改写第一句为:
As was observed in both specimens "a" and "b",
  chlorophyll content increased with photosynthesis,
   peaking dung full bloom [即 "盛开怒放时绿素含量最高"]
    before going on a gradual decline
     but not before that of soluble proteins [was already noticeable]

如果盛开怒放后好久叶绿素含量才开始下降,就改 during 为 well after
