vasp 编译主程序时候出错,求好心人看一下已有4人参与

国庆从头开始装了四天,现在卡在了最后一步编译上,实在看不下去了,求好心人帮看一下 ifort,icc,openmpi经过测试都没有问题,VASP的函数库也编译通过,系统是centos6.5 报的第一个错是ifort: command line remark #10010: option '-lowercase' is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. See '-help deprecated',不过看网上人说没什么大问题,是新版本编译器不识别这个参数了 第二个错是main.f90(3101): remark #8291: Recommended relationship between field width 'W' and the number of fractional digits 'D' in this edit descriptor is 'W>=D+7'. 7281 FORMAT(I4,' F= ',E14.8,' E0= ',E14.8,1X,' d E =',E12.6),实在不明白这是什么,貌似是语法错误?还是不识别?网上也搜不到解决办法 最后退出编译时候的信息: rm -f vasp /usr/local/bin/mpif90 -o vasp main.o base.o mpi.o smart_allocate.o xml.o constant.o jacobi.o main_mpi.o scala…………(后面还有一大串,就省略了) ifort: error #10236: File not found: '/usr/local/lib/openmpi:/usr/local/lib:/opt/intel/impi/4.1.3.049/intel64/lib:/opt/intel/composer_xe_2011_sp1.9.293/compiler/lib/intel64:/opt/intel/composer_xe_2011_s……(以下省略) make: *** [vasp] Error 1 vasp是前不久小木虫上下的vasp.5.2.12 vasp.5.lib 我怀疑极有可能是makefile文件的问题,我在网上找了几份,每份都不一样,注释的函数库,参数各不相同,参考了很多份之后写下了这个makefile文件 .SUFFIXES: .inc .f .f90 .F #----------------------------------------------------------------------- # Makefile for Intel Fortran compiler for Pentium/Athlon/Opteron # bases systems # we recommend this makefile for both Intel as well as AMD systems # for AMD based systems appropriate BLAS and fftw libraries are # however mandatory (whereas they are optional for Intel platforms) # # The makefile was tested only under Linux on Intel and AMD platforms # the following compiler versions have been tested: # - ifc.7.1 works stable somewhat slow but reliably # - ifc.8.1 fails to compile the code properly # - ifc.9.1 recommended (both for 32 and 64 bit) # - ifc.10.1 partially recommended (both for 32 and 64 bit) # tested build 20080312 Package ID: l_fc_p_10.1.015 # the gamma only mpi version can not be compiles # using ifc.10.1 # # it might be required to change some of library pathes, since # LINUX installation vary a lot # Hence check ***ALL*** options in this makefile very carefully #----------------------------------------------------------------------- # # BLAS must be installed on the machine # there are several options: # 1) very slow but works: # retrieve the lapackage from ftp.netlib.org # and compile the blas routines (BLAS/SRC directory) # please use g77 or f77 for the compilation. 错误比较难找,建议你自己去琢磨。下面有几个编译成功的例子以其makefile,希望对你有用: http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=7255487 http://vasp1860.blog.edu.cn/home ... g&id=635897 |
