First, ultrasonic dispersion with an energy input of 60 J ml−1 and a pressureabove 5 g (Amelung and Zech, 1999) was carried out on 30 g amounts of soil in 150 ml of deionized water. The energy input of the sonicator (Branson W 450) was calibrated according to North (1976). After separation of the coarse sand fraction (250¨C2000 ¦Ìm) by wet-sieving, the remaining suspension (300 ml) was treated ultrasonically (440 J ml−1) at a soil to water ratio of 1:10 (v/v) for additional dispersion of more stable microaggregates. The fine sand (63¨C250 ¦Ìm) was isolated by wet-sieving. The silt (2¨C63 ¦Ìm) and clay (b2 ¦Ìm) fractions were gained by centrifugation of the remaining suspension at 40 ¡Ág. This allowed the silt to be settled while the clay fraction stayed suspended and was decanted into a suitable container. The sediment was resuspended in 300 ml of water and centrifuged again. This procedure was repeated at least 15 times until the supernatant remained clear after centrifugation. All fractions were dried at 40 ¡ãC.Ï£ÍûÓÐ×öÕâ·½ÃæµÄÅóÓÑÄܸæ֪лл ![]() |
