[求助] S17大肠杆菌与假单胞菌的结合实验 已有3人参与

我用的是pk18mobsacB质粒载体转化到S17大肠杆菌中去的,S17和pk18mobsacB质粒都不带有壮观霉素的抗性,可是得到的带有pk18mobsacB质粒的S17大肠杆菌就有了壮观抗性,这是哪出错了?
