| 结果表明：预计2020年，吉林省整体建设用地需求量将达到21862公顷。集中在中西部地区，其中德惠市、扶余县、靖宇县需求量最高，分别为3507.45公顷、2833.68公顷和2362.03公顷。2020年农村居民点整理可供地133173.52公顷，通过农村居民点整理可以平衡吉林省的建设用地增量。吉林省供地3、4、5级区主要分布在中西部地区，需地区主要分布在中部地区，部分分布在东部。本研究为吉林省人地挂钩的潜力分区和挂钩政策制定提供科学依据。 |

| The results should that, it it predicted that the demand for integated construction lands of Jilin province will get to 21862 hectares in 2020. The construction lands will concentrate in central and western regions, in which Dehui city, Fuyu County, and Yujing county Account for most of the demands, get to 3507.45 hectares, 2833.68 hectares, and 2362.03 hectares respectively. The available lands that Rual Residential Areas can provide are 133173.52 hectares in 2020, which can be used to balance the increment requirement of construction lands. The third, fourth and fifth level available lands mainly distribute in the midwest regions, but some in mid and in the east regions. This study can provide the scientific basis for policy making for potential partition and linkage of province and districts. |
