关于ELISA检测中High/Low Control 已有1人参与

新手求问： 1.ELISA试剂盒中有High Control 和 Low Control ，这两个指标的意义是什么？ 酶标仪测出来这两个试剂的OD值与试剂盒所给出的OD值如何比较？ 2.试剂说明书中还有两个指标，LLOQ, ULOQ: 根据解释，意思是不是如果所测标本浓度在这两个值的范围之外，那么就要重新稀释检测？ 所测标本浓度(test specimens )指的是不是稀释过之后的浓度应该在0.017~2.152 ng/ml 之间？ LLOQ: The lower limit of quantitation (LLOQ) for the XXX Plus assay is 0.017 ng/mL, the lowest concentration on the standard curve that met internal criteria for accuracy and precision. ULOQ: The upper limit of quantitation (ULOQ) for the XXX Plus assay is 2.152 ng/mL, the highest concentration on the standard curve that met internal criteria for accuracy and precision. Diluted samples with a concentration above this limit should be retested at a higher dilution. When test specimens yield A450 values greater than the ULOQ or less than the LLOQ, obtain a more accurate XXX concentration by re-assaying the test specimens at a different dilution so the new A450 values will be within these limits. 万分感谢~！ |
