| 本文为探讨在干旱胁迫及复水条件下，植物对体内水分运输过程的调控能力，以盆栽两年生刺槐苗木为材料，测定了干旱及复水处理条件下刺槐苗木水分运输过程参数。结果表明：1. 干旱胁迫对刺槐苗木体内水分运输过程影响显著；2. 复水24h后，刺槐苗木体内水分运输过程参数有不同程度恢复。恢复度与苗木生理活性水平和干旱胁迫程度直接相关；3. 复水24h后，刺槐苗木水分运输过程存在明显补偿现象。故应加强在干旱胁迫条件下林木的补偿效应研究，这对于节水林业和生态环境的保护都具有重要意义。 |

This study investigated the ability of regulation of 水分运输 in the plant under the 干旱胁迫 or 复水 conditions. 盆栽两年生刺槐苗 was used to detect the index during the process of 水分运输 of 刺槐苗木 under the the 干旱胁迫 and 复水条件 condition. The results indicated: 1. 干旱胁迫 has strong effect of the 水分运输 of 刺槐苗木. 2. After 复水ing for 24 hours, the index of 水分运输 of 刺槐苗木 was improved to different levels. The 恢复度, 苗木生理活性水平 and 干旱胁迫程度 were direct correlatted. 3. After 复水ing for 24 hours, the remarkable compensation of the process of 水分运输 of 刺槐苗木 was detected. In conclusion, further investigation should focus on the compensation effect of the 林木 under 干旱胁迫 condition.
