This study investigated the ability of regulation of 水分运输 in the plant under the 干旱胁迫 or 复水 conditions. 盆栽两年生刺槐苗 was used to detect the index during the process of 水分运输 of 刺槐苗木 under the the 干旱胁迫 and 复水条件 condition. The results indicated: 1. 干旱胁迫 has strong effect of the 水分运输 of 刺槐苗木. 2. After 复水ing for 24 hours, the index of 水分运输 of 刺槐苗木 was improved to different levels. The 恢复度, 苗木生理活性水平 and 干旱胁迫程度 were direct correlatted. 3. After 复水ing for 24 hours, the remarkable compensation of the process of 水分运输 of 刺槐苗木 was detected. In conclusion, further investigation should focus on the compensation effect of the 林木 under 干旱胁迫 condition. The significance not only lies to 节水林业 but also in 生态环境的保护。
