被nanoscale拒绝还可以在投吗？如果不可以还有哪些杂志可以选择呢？ 已有7人参与

最近课题组写了一篇综述文章，一个专家大修一个专家拒绝，最后被nanoscale拒绝了，挺伤心的！！ 。如果按照修改意见，修改完成后，还可以在投吗？如果不可以还有哪些纳米材料的杂志可以选择呢？比nanoscale好的杂志肯定是不能投了吗？ 恳请大侠赐教！多多交流！感激不尽~~ |
