本校硕士研究生有一定的调剂名额，本课题组欲接收报考化学、化学相关专业，有制药工程、有机化学背景的考生优先。请有意愿者发邮件联系。
一、调剂应符合的条件
调剂考生初试成绩必须符合其第一志愿报考专业所在地区的复试分数线，必须考数学，不考数学的同学不能接收调剂。
二、调剂生政策
调剂考生（专业学位除外）均为享有普通奖学金。除享受学校的待遇外（每月500），课题组还提供生活补助（视个人努力程度而定，不过生活是没什么问题的）。
我校对所有2014年研究生制定了如下优惠政策：
      1、国家助学金及奖学金全覆盖，每生每年可获得国家助学金及奖学金在12000元/年左右（定向生
   除外），最高可获得16000元/年；
      2、进入实验室后，导师将根据研究生实验进展情况发放助研津贴，不低于300元/每月；
      3、学生入学后报销部分差旅费

胡教授是上海应用技术学院制药工程方向的兼职教授，在外高桥开公司，生产基地在安徽芜湖，有比较多的实际经验。下面是胡教授的个人简历：

• 负责俩个研发中心实验室的建立: 配方，工艺，分析实验室以及俩个研发团队的建设
• 负责俩个研发团队为中国市场中西处方、非处方药以及保健品的新产品的立项，研究及开发至上市. 主要产品包括: 糖尿病药, 护肝药-易善福, 小儿助消化药,女式阴道炎,小儿感冒, 镇痛药,　过敏药，维生素补充剂等.

• Responsible for setting up two development centers (lab and pilot labs in Hangzhou & Tangshan) with formulation, processing, and analytical functions
• Worked closely with a cross functional team of MKT, BD & Medical in NPD strategy, portfolio development and innovations

• Formulated a new emulsion based minoxidil prototype for efficacy in vivo study. Took lead in working effectively with internal colleagues at J&J Ethicon R&D to develop methodology and study protocol for conducting mice hair regrowth model study for new minoxidil formulations and worked effectively with J&J patent legal dept. to successfully file two USA patent applications for the new formulations
• Took a leading role in working with external companies to develop new liposome encapsulation technologies for topical healthcare minoxidil formulations
