如题，信的具体内容如下：

However, after careful consideration I am sorry to say that it is deemed not to fit within the scope of the journal which was revised early in 2009 to specifically exclude publication of papers that exclusively examine the in vitro development of oocytes and embryos (however the journal will consider papers that include in vitro studies where the source of the oocytes and/or development of the embryos beyond the blastocyst stage is part of the experimental design).
