The pre-fixed small vessels were pre-embedded into 1.5% agar, and its position and lumen were adjusted. Using self-made agar embedding mould could be convenient obtaining the agar block with complete structure and right size. Then did the paraffin embedding in accordance with the normal procedure of dehydration and embedding. Finally made paraffin sections. The results indicated that using the double embedding method had kept the integrity of lumen, the intima and other tissues of vessel hadn’t lost during the whole embedding procedure, and the ideal light microscope slices were finally harvested.
（要表达的中文意思是：预先将固定好的小血管包埋到1.5%琼脂中，调整好其位置和管腔。采用自制的琼脂包埋模子可以方便快捷的获得结构完整大小适中的组织琼脂块。再按照常规的的脱水包埋程序做石蜡包埋，最后切片染色。结果显示，琼脂石蜡双包埋法保持了小血管管腔的完整性和规则性，内膜等组织结构几乎没有损坏和丢失,切片得到较为理想的结果。）

The fixed small vessels was pre-embedded into 1.5% agar in advance, and its position and lumen were adjusted well. By using self-made agar embedding mould, the agar block in complete structure and right size can be obtained conveniently. Then paraffin embedding was did according to the conventional dehydration and embedding procedure, and staining was the last step. The results indicated that, by using the double embedding method, the integrity of lumen is kept, the intima and other tissues of vessel are not damaged and lost during the whole embedding procedure, and the ideal light microscope slices were got also.
