Although the reviewers were interested in the paper, questions were raised that indicate substantial revision is needed. These comments are summarized in the reviewers' comments below.

Please resubmit your paper only after you have revised along the lines recommended by the Editor/Referees. When revising your paper please consider these comments. However, the following revisions are requested that would improve the content and presentation of the paper:

1. The simulation results should be directly on indirectly verified by experiments.
2. The English descriptions are wordy and should be more concise
3. The abstract should present the key research results.
4. The conclusions are too wordy and must be rewritten.
