老问题：Acta materialia 拒稿 是否可以重投 已有2人参与

年前投了一篇文章到Acta materialia, 一个半月后给出了审稿意见，6个comments，对文章审稿人有所保留，编辑给了拒稿 我心里有些不甘，审稿人的意见大致如下，意见是非常的好，而且我也按照意见完善并且扩充了文章，现在相重投不知道是怎么样一个流程 是不是先要给主编写一封信？还是直接按照新稿去投递。 小弟心里焦躁，为了这篇文章年没过好，一直不停的在调研、整理、写。 还恳求各位给点建议 This manuscript reports stress modeling for a xxx. The authors tried to explain the experimental results reported by xx. that the failure location shifts from the interface between the two ceramic layers to the boundary between the bond coating and the YSZ layer as the thickness of the YSZ layer increased while the total thickness of the two ceramic top coatings were kept constant at 300 microns. By using a commercial FEM software, they developed an axisymmetric model with periodically modulated interfaces and a growing layer of TGO. The main conclusions are 1) if the YSZ coating is too thin, then the top LZ7C3 layer spalls due to its thermal expansion mismatch, and if the premature failure is avoided by sufficiently thick YSZ layer, then the conventional mode of failure due to the TGO growth prevails.
