he connectivity is determined by d
r(Cu)= 1.28, r(O)=0.66 and r(N)=0.70.  (You can find these data in a lst file). So d(Cu-O)<=2.44 d(Cu-N)<=2.48 in SHELXTL.

The connectivity is determined by dhttp://www.cryst.chem. ... pl040000.html ) So d(Cu-O or Cu-N)<= 2.6 in PLATON.

This is why two different connectivies are represented in different applications.

Since "The covalent radii stored in the program are based on experience rather than taken from a specific source" is SHELXTL and "Covalent radii are those given in the Cambridge Structural data base manual" in PLATON. So the latter may be more authoritative even both will be fine.
