审稿意见有几个问题不明白，请高手们指教

1、Even if a lot of different aptamers sequences have been tested, there is no information on the dilution correction or optical density correction for fluorescence intensity. 2、It would be good to know, even if the concentration of thrombin added (fig2) is low (1nM), that the dilution correction have been done (page 18, in detection of protein) 3、I know by experience that it is a structure very difficult to obtain and that has to be verified. But maybe the fact that the porphyrin is linking and fluoresce is enough？ 什么是 dilution correction ？怎么理解这个概念？ 第三个问题转折后面是想表达什么呢？ 请高手们指点。 |
