等了两个月的文章终于修回了，但只给了6周的修改的时间，审稿意见不算太尖刻，但其中有一条指出There are not mock experiments in all transfection experiments. The cancer cell lines often cause some changes by plasmid transfection or siRNA transfection.
当时只做了实验组和对照组，没有做mock组，现在补所有的实验根本来不及。
请问一下这个问题该如何回答呢？是不是一定要补实验呢？请各位大侠们赐教，谢谢！
