被JSS拒稿，但审稿人意见还好，请问是不是修改后重新投稿？ 已有1人参与
小弟写了一篇关于土壤碳的文章，投在journal of soils and sediments上，审稿7天 reject。
审稿人认为样地描述没有写清楚，最后一句是“Please address these questions and then resubmit it to the journal.”
而编辑的退稿意见是：
We thank you for submitting your manuscript to the Journal of Soils and Sediments.
The reviewers and editors of JSS have now had time to assess your manuscript and have made the following recommendations and comments.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, they do not recommend that your manuscript is considered suitable for publication in JSS. We are, therefore, sorry to say that we have rejected your manuscript. However, we do hope that the comments are useful. We welcome other manuscripts from you in the future.
请问这种情况，我是应该修改完善以后再投JSS，还是直接转投其他刊物？

谢谢，我觉得应该还是可以改好的，当初样地选的是比较注意的，可能文字表述有点点问题，再把它完善一下应该就ok了。
